ASIA CUP 2012

With the end of Australian tour, team India's misery is finally over.Now all eyes are on Asia Cup.

One positive from Aussies tour has been the form of Kohli, though he had faired well before also but overseas tour is the real acid test.He has got the right reward for it,being appointed as new deputy to Dhoni.Gambhir has been overlooked as Vice captain, this may well work in his favour as his zeal to perform will only increse from here.

We have been saying that it time over for the seniors but I did't see even the youngsters performing.Leaving aside a few all failed to leave an impression. Raina, Jadeja, Ashwin,Rohit all underperformed.

Coming  back to Asia cup.It will be very exciting contest between Asian giants Sri Lanka ,India and Pakistan.Bangladesh we all know can surprise any team. Every team play each other once and on this basis finals will be held.

The most interesting contest will be between India and Pakistan on 18th March, both play each other after a long time.

Sachin gets another chance to reach his much awaited milestone, hope he makes it this time.

Asia cup starts on 12th March.
